Separate Lounge:
Access to huge lounge through beautiful glass, sliding Jarrah door. All skirting boards made of jarrah, beautiful tiles in neutral colour so wall hangings can be of any colour. Previous owner used it as a lounge / dining room. A similar sliding door gives access to the kitchen / dining room.
This room is airconditioned. Large bay window looks onto the front garden
Current owner kept both doors closed when not in use.
To give you some idea of how large the room is. I had two lounge suites and about 5 show cases!! And an occasional table in the centre of the room. It is really quite big

Kitchen:
Large gas 5 burner stainless steel stove.
Cupboards all around kitchen. Surfaces clean and intact. Kitchen sink clean and intact.

Dining area:
I had a dining table to seat 6 people, two side boards and a dumb waiter in this area.
Glass sliding door that opens onto undercover patio area.
Laundry
Large laundry with large laundry cupboard with space for broom mop and vacuum cleaner. I had my ironing board set up in the laundry. Laundry trough has a cupboard underneath for cleaners etc. This is rusted and needs replacing. Laundry has a door which also leads out onto back patio.

Toilet:
Toilet can be accessed through laundry as well as through the bathroom. Both entrances have doors, the one leading to bathroom is a sliding door. Toilet and cistern in good working condition. One toilet wall needs tiling.

Bathroom:
• Bathtub
• Vanity with large mirror
• Shower recess (needs re-grouting)

Hallway leading to bedrooms:
• Bedroom one: Has a built – in cupboard with hanging space and one drawer and wall cupboards on wall, across one side for storage. Could be utilized as a study. Window looking out into front garden
• Bedroom 2: master bedroom – very large. Has built-in cupboards with sliding doors along one side of bedroom. Windows overlooking the front garden
• Bedroom 3: smaller bedroom with a built -in wall cupboard and cupboards on the wall along one side. Window overlooks the front garden. My son lived here had a single bed, TV music system small study table.
• Bedroom 4: Large bedroom with two wall cupboards. In between is an in-built desk which has a window that overlooks the space that I had a rain forest growing complete with misters etc. Could be used for school going child or guest bedroom.

All bedrooms have great natural light and well ventilated. Full tiled with neutral colour tiles throughout. All very private with doors to every room. Fans in all bedrooms.

Granny Flat:
Enter through glass sliding door from back patio. Separate entry from the side of lounge into backyard. Fully carpeted throughout with air-conditioners in lounge and bedroom.
Enter into a good sized lounge which leads into a good sized dining room. Windows overlooking garden in both rooms
Passage way which is used as a kitchen. Has cupboards under kitchen sink and cupboards above for plates and glasses. Passageway was wide enough to fit in a gas stove opposite the kitchen sink. Window looking onto the back garden.
Entry into large queen- sized bedroom, through a sliding door. Has cupboards along one side hanging and drawers. In between cupboards a large mirror and drawers. Used as a vanity. I used this as my guest house. The bedroom had a queen-sized bed, a large bookcase and a dressing table. Has a window overlooking the back garden
The bathroom with toilet is off this bedroom through a door. It has a bath / shower and hot water system.

The granny flat has its own meter box and phone connection.. great as a retreat or other room that could be rented out…

Back Patio:
Enclosed by a picket fence with two small gates
Large area - I had a potted garden surrounding the patio and hanging baskets.
I had lots of get togethers on this patio and actually was instrumental in starting what has grown into “Christmas in the park”. I used to have an orphans Christmas Party at my place for several years in the backyard for those families who were far away from home or whose husbands were working shift on Christmas day.!! The patio and back yard is large enough to have lots of people over.

Backyard:
My backyard is in two sections on either side of the granny flat.
To the left I had a huge aviary which is still there.
To the right of the granny flat was the hoist and a kitchen garden where I grew my vegies and herbs. Also had plum trees and grape vines growing there .
There is a gate that leads from the carport into the back yard.
Gas is connected to the house.

The Neighborhood:
My home is situated on a quiet tree lined cul-de sac. About 6 houses – from memory everyone of them owner occupied. Most of the owners are either miners or retirees so very quiet as they work shift.
The front and back garden is very large and as I love gardening… ”
